Return Window

  • 30 Days: Standard return period from delivery date
  • Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased Nov 1 - Dec 25 can be returned until Jan 31
  • Defective Items: 1-year manufacturer warranty coverage

Return Conditions

Eligible Returns

  • Items in original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Original receipt or order confirmation
  • Item in new, unused condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized devices
  • Software with broken seals
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

  • Contact us at support@expresshandheld.com
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Include RMA number on package
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use provided prepaid return label
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  • Keep tracking receipt for your records

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Original payment method credited
  • Shipping charges non-refundable (except defective items)

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee for defective items
  • 15% restocking fee for opened electronics (non-defective)
  • No fee for unopened items in original packaging

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges for defective items
  • Size/color exchanges subject to availability
  • Price difference charges may apply for upgrades

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo documentation may be required
  • Expedited replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping paid by Express Handheld
